No cons to speak of! The pay and benefits are great. Coworkers are fun and exciting as is the work. What's not to like?
The overview of the company is not there, while employed they seem to care and have you engaged but when it comes time to cut staff out they do it without any care, what you had brought to the company doesn't matter. Very little communication within leadership team.
