Pros
Great product and product development focus. Good benefits package. Excellent implementation and IT support service.
Cons
A lack of leadership experience with sales management is a concern, there is no people development focus. The sales team are not incentivized to provide ongoing customer service. Vocera has been removed from a number of facilities because of this. Terrible HR on-boarding experience.
