      Good commission if you have the right calls

      Cons

      Opened the calls up so anyone can call, other agents can call you and goes against your stats. You could work hard all month and your last two days with bad calls could ruin it. No managers to help

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
