      Pay, Spirit Days, Hybrid working, Generous maternity/paternity leave, some great teams if you're lucky to be part of one

      Cons

      siloed working across operations, lack of investment in industry standard tools, too many cliques & people coasting along, empire building for all the wrong reasons

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
