      Cons

      This is the worst company for contractors as they not do permanent until you impress your manager in other ways. They wont judge you by your work. I have been working from last 15 months as a contractor as they have ruined my life.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
