Pros
a lot of autonomy, some great people working there, well established brand so can open doors with customers somewhat easier, good facilities and perks such as phone and laptop.
Cons
serious communication issues between desk based reps and field based, a lot of back stabbing and removing people off opportunities etc, lack of clear career path, seem to be constantly chopping and changing peoples roles, still have not received revised target letter and have been in new role for 3 months
