      Lots of freedom provided. Full of opportunities. Workplace is fun. Global Brand. Corporate Structure is professional.

      Cons

      Work at the circle level is not as professional as at the corporate level. Everyone keeps complaining and praising the company at the same time, confusing the new recruits. Sometimes the processes arent very smooth.
