      Smart working, flexible time schedule. There is engagement in general. Emoloyees are allowed to switch job every couple of years. The Company promotes actoively diversity inclusion.

      Cons

      Often required to work during weekends and spend 9-10 hours per day at office. The salary is not good enough for the effort required.
