Pros
No reason/ interest to ever work in Vodafone Ghana especially Fix services. where they are a lot favoritism and back butting among the heads toward junior workers.
Cons
No Job security, Cheap labour, Junior Staffs has no say in the companies growth, Top management members gives contracts to companies which are not competent. Very Bad Management style (How i wish the government will take back the company)
