      Pros

      Good economical treatment, overall nice/smart people, good career opportunities.

      Cons

      Slow in executing decisions (thousands of slides, hundreds of meetings). Old style managerial approach: top down, "generic" old school managers, mostly unaware of the new internet world happening outside Vodafone offices.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
