- work life balance is quite ok - great people - big data centre, so a lot of technologies and devices kinds to operate
Cons
- lack of caring for employees - lack of any rewarding specially in the last year - too many bureaucracy and procedures, and at the same time political exceptions every day - no attention to quality in the last years, the important is just to cut costs and save money
