Pros
Vodafone is a great company and allows employees to move between different departments and learn new skills. It is a company that treats its employees very well and cares about life and work balance.
Cons
Not very international, each country tends to be a completely different and isolated company and there is very little exchange of information. It is difficult to get promoted, very flat organization and sometimes the only possible move is a lateral one o other department.
