Pros
- Nice colleges. - Working on large-scale applications. - The only company in Egypt that provides paternity leave for men. - Very stable company specifically in the time of the Covid-19. - Very good in terms of benefits as it provides the social and medical insurances from day zero as well as some other good benefits.
Cons
- Heavy workload but I think this is a general case in Egypt for most of the companies. - When you deserve a promotion, it needs too much politics to get promoted. - Too much office politics specifically with the management people.
