Pros

The annual bonus that's if you get paid it because it's based on if the company performs and the holiday allowance is ok.

Cons

OUT OF TOUCH middle AND senior management the majority have come from the graduate scheme which needs a big overhaul and therefore these 'leaders' only know the 'vodafone way' which is not the 2023 or modern way of working. out of touch leaders. copious amounts of red tape favouritism poor HR leadership with little employee support especially about mental health which got worse over the last few years, there is a copy and paste message currently crafted by the top circulating on linkedin to say 'diversity is not a buzz word' by many of them which in itself is so contradictory as they are all just 'copying and pasting' not saying these things by themselves little representation from fellow under represented groups at the top so they do not understand lived experience wages way below industry standard just look on here or indeed and compare vodafone salary it will go way lower than where you are and the reward team internally is full of old processes you're given little ability as a manager to reward people in your team and pay them fairly no budget for managers only 1 christmas party end of year in newbury steeped in hierarchy managers are over worked and under rewarded BLAME CULTURE

Innovative talent all over Vodafone

Cons

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
