Pros
Despite visible decline, the bulk of workforce is of good stock giving a decent feel around the place. Good package for employees despite reductions in recent years.
Cons
Out of touch, copy-paste policies by higher management instead of the forward looking policies of the past. Salary progression is minimal, experience shows you're better off leaving to then come back on a higher salary and more senior role. Visible box ticking recruitment for middle and senior management with disastrous effect on performance of teams, individuals as well as their mental wellbeing.
