Pros
Work life balance can vary from really good to horrible within the same 6 months. Had an overall great manager, but purely because of his personality. 28 days annual leave Good parental leave regardless of gender.
Cons
Return to office for no reason (at least one that made sense). Weird limits to working from abroad even when you can work from home. They only allow 20 days per year even though for tax purposes the only limit should be 180 days. Extremely slow career progression. In general an environment that favours lazy approaches both to product and life fulfilment itself.
