Great Way to enter the business - Anonymous employee Vogster Employee Review

Enjoyed the team and some of the titles we worked on. Working with top comic book artists and publishers was fun, as was co-marketing with folks from the music and fashion industry.

Very little ability to define and stay on course for a strategy, resulting in day-to-day focus shifts that had ripple effects. Some employees were dropped from one day to the next, others treated fairly with some effort to ease the transition.

Nice and creative atmospere at work, freandly relationships with colleagues. Ambitious projects with the newest technologies. Good office. Working hours are very flaxible.

Top managment doesn't really interested in the projects they are managing and let things take their course. Regular backpaies on some projects.
