      Pros

      Nice and creative atmospere at work, freandly relationships with colleagues. Ambitious projects with the newest technologies. Good office. Working hours are very flaxible.

      Cons

      Top managment doesn't really interested in the projects they are managing and let things take their course. Regular backpaies on some projects.

      Good specialist, perfect athosfere. Always ready to learn something new. Mint office contitions, you have everysthing for relah, both for a work.

      Cons

      Pretty stong hierarhy, hard to talk with company management. Crunches sometimes, but nothing bed - pretty good athosfiere.
