Pros
There are some really nice and friendly people. If you’re lucky you get the opportunity to go abroad.
Cons
1. Management and HR are horrible, unable to care for their employees. 2. You can’t grow in this company, management is more concerned about the numbers rather than focusing on the career opportunities. 3. You can work as hard as you can and you still won’t be rewarded as everything revolves Sales, they’re the only ones that receive commissions even though most of the work is done by their Admins. 4. They treat you like slaves, you have to work as much as you can and be grateful that you have a job regardless the non-existent benefits. 5. HR and management in Romania is disappointing, they don’t care about their employees and the salaries are pretty low compared to other companies. Also getting a promotion or a raise is almost impossible and the pay rise is very low. 6. No benefits besides the salary and meal vouchers, no Christmas or Easter bonus.
