- extremely poor people leadership across the entire team and especially coming from the top. People in leadership positions are there for reasons that don’t relate at all to their ability to run productive and happy teams - bad decision-making with no retrospectives or learning and repeated mistakes. A lot of fluff and acting like things are fine instead of accountability and change - incredibly slow pace for a team of this size, due to total chaos in every part of the company, inability for leaders to align with each other, lack of transparency and communication - Lack of experience level needed to be successful in this space, senior team members have high turnover. Constant shifting of projects demanded by leadership to try to find the next big thing
