Unfortunate to see a company that used to be great decline so fast

Pros

- flexible schedule - relaxed work load for a startup - good work/life balance - many excellent benefits and good pay - fun people - interesting product

Cons

- extremely poor people leadership across the entire team and especially coming from the top. People in leadership positions are there for reasons that don’t relate at all to their ability to run productive and happy teams - bad decision-making with no retrospectives or learning and repeated mistakes. A lot of fluff and acting like things are fine instead of accountability and change - incredibly slow pace for a team of this size, due to total chaos in every part of the company, inability for leaders to align with each other, lack of transparency and communication - Lack of experience level needed to be successful in this space, senior team members have high turnover. Constant shifting of projects demanded by leadership to try to find the next big thing

Team member's are normally OK, thats about all I can say!

Cons

Terrible management! Don't follow their own company values! lack of foresight! Declining business! Poor product! Dismal business plan! Megalomaniac C-level! Plus many more points but why would I even waste my time with a company that treats employees so badly.....

Remote friendly and flexible working hours

Cons

They get what they want of you and then throw you away. The real culture is super toxic and is quite rare that teams works together. Errors are talked publicly and greetings are done in private. They don’t have a clear path of where they are going. Their pulse doesn’t shake when firing people continuosly
