Voltage has an amazing culture - everyone is very close (maybe too close) and supportive of one another. Through my time at the agency, I've been given many opportunities to learn, grow, and create a career path that matches my skills and goals.

Like most small agencies where people wear many hats (which is a pro) and new processes are being developed, there can be confusion about who is responsible for what.

Not a ton to complain about but a couple things that most agencies have. - Meeting rooms with no doors - Smaller budgets can make ideal account optimization difficult
