It was an entry level job that allowed some growth, made some great friendships but it was cut short due to lack of communication from management.

Pros
Voltage has an amazing culture - everyone is very close (maybe too close) and supportive of one another. Through my time at the agency, I've been given many opportunities to learn, grow, and create a career path that matches my skills and goals.
Cons
Like most small agencies where people wear many hats (which is a pro) and new processes are being developed, there can be confusion about who is responsible for what.
