Pros
Interesting product, nice tech stack, good office location, good benefits, nice people overall.
Cons
Management structure is a mess. Engineering is a silo, design another silo, marketing a third etc. With xskill teams being the norm, this can create friction. Management talks about high performant teams and psychological safety, but when push comes to shove they can still overrule and undermine you if you poke your head out. There’s also a high turnover in most roles, I had 5 managers in 1,5 years time.
