Pros
HR manager and team are very good in leadership, sharing knowledge. Good benefit especially for permanent staff, have bonuses and increment, allowances, marriage and maternity leave as well.
Cons
Did not allow WFH/hybrid for office work, very old building and not working AC. not flexible for all employee, have a bit unfairness. also, company keep the worse supervisor you can have, can't do work and have zero idea of their own process, didnot take accountability, no leadership and ownership.
