Pros
there are opportunities for advancement, once you've been there for a while, you can join one of the outside departments (bakery, starbucks, deli etc) which is ALOT better than being a courtesy clerk/bagger
Cons
its a company that honestly doesn't value its employees, i've been here for 5 years, and i've never been informed of any of my benefits, and whenever i try to ask about them im always met with annoyance
