      Pros

      Work life balance Nice coworkers for the most part

      Cons

      Most engineers have no formal experience, nice people, terrible programming and problem solving skills. Awful, awful, awful management team. I describe our chain of command as only bottlenecks. I can not think of one positive thing to say about the actual code. I have tried. Testing? bad to non existent. Security? Atrocious is to nice. Maintainable? No. Future outlook? just build more features, there is no war in ba sing se.

      *The company values people with a strong work ethic and works hard to ensure they are given opportunities to grow and advance *Leadership is forward-thinking and available/open to input *The goals and initiatives in the company are reasonable and are supported at all levels *Benefits package is competitive and includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K with matching and other "perks" *Flexibility with working remote

      Can't think of any. No company is perfect, but I won't list something here just for the sake of listing something. I really love my job and the company.
