      Work life balance Nice coworkers for the most part

      Cons

      Most engineers have no formal experience, nice people, terrible programming and problem solving skills. Awful, awful, awful management team. I describe our chain of command as only bottlenecks. I can not think of one positive thing to say about the actual code. I have tried. Testing? bad to non existent. Security? Atrocious is to nice. Maintainable? No. Future outlook? just build more features, there is no war in ba sing se.

      Pros

      There are some great, hard-working people who care about the people they help. Many projects help people in need.

      Cons

      While the company values sound good, and the hype sounds good, the reality doesn't always match. Many promises were made throughout projects, but not fulfilled. Work-life balance, while promised, was not respected. Several people experienced hostile leadership, making many miserable, leading to many filing grievances, which lead to their termination.
