Some previous reviewers must have just been burned, because I see current teams as being motivated and focused. Management does things differently because they are creative and open to trying something new, and the company has the agility to do so. Upper management is also very open to employee ideas, unless the ideas are bad of course! Each passing month this company gets better and better.

If you can't handle a fast paced environment that changes frequently, this probably isn't the company for you. The company is only a few years old. Like any start-up there are hurdles to get over.

None, there is no direction and a "trial and error" method of management at the expense of anyone who happens to be working in these "crosshairs" called U.S. management.

Everything, this is not a real company. They are pretending to have a U.S. enitity while wasting people's time including clients that are sold an inferior product.
