1) The washrooms stink, 80% of the times there is no tissue paper. 2) Both brother and sister think that they are great but they don't have any marketing strategies... they think hey are doing a good job, but the truth is they are not... they can only fire people, yell and shout at them in front of every 1... they don't want to know what the other person has to say all they care is what they want to do... even if the other person is right... 3) No matter how hard you work, your work and efforts will never be appreciated... 4) The management hires people, uses them, harasses them and then fires them after 5-6 months, ruining the this individuals career... No employee joins an organisation with the intention of working for 5-6 months... understand that... 5) The aunties that make tea/coffee are also treated very badly... they have been working from over 20 years and when they ask for leaves, the management says, you either work or leave... they have to work for 12 hrs a day... and some of them are falling sick due to this... and btw i heard the boss saying this to them, so its not a rumor 6) i am very happy that i left... i don't know how i managed myself for so long without promotion, without any appraisals, without any appreciation... 7) This company doesn't even have a canteen, can you believe that...

Product worked less than 50% of the time. Had returns in excess of 60%, after customer trialed for 30 days. Management has no clear strategy. Changes marketing strategy, comp plans, etc. on a bi weekly basis. Poor direction and motivation...Everyone working here is in fear of having their job terminated on a daily basis.
