Small supportive team, good hours, reasonable pay, good boss

You got some free coffee from WeWork, and the non managerial employees are amongst the best you’ll ever work with due to their teamwork. Casual work attire is nice, but you can get that at a lot of employers

The office rotates between work from home and in the office as it’s overcrowded. Supposed to move to an office of their own, but management forgot to file the paperwork in time thus an overcrowded WeWork office occurred especially now that employees rotate throughout the week to use office as their isn’t enough desk space, now even more so with more new hires. Pay doesn’t match the work demands, but this is a Walmart company after all. It doesn’t seem management is willing to allow process implementations that could streamline workflow. It results in a lot of extra hours that could be better used for work life balance and overall collaboration. The management doesn’t set realistic goals, it seems they have the wrong concept about how digital advertising works. There’s more I can say about conflict of interest by management that hinder the ability to do some jobs effectively, but I’ll leave it at that.
