      * Zero work life balance * Management is biased * Input from employees is rarely taken in projects * Deadlines keep changing as per the managements wishes * On-call is a stress

      - Coworkers are great, very friendly and cross team communication - Remote work flexibility

      Cons

      - Upper management has provided no direction for the company post acquisition - Lack of leadership leaves everyone in the trenches, scrambling to understand workflows and how to meet proposed initiatives - Toxic environment of fear and people getting thrown under the bus - Empty promises - Continued downsizing leads to resources being cut left and right without consulting teams that rely on these resources - Senior level Fandango & NBCU management are vying for a piece of the pie and want their cut of power instead of actually leading the Vudu organization
