      Pros

      Love the autonomy in my work and decision making, use of cutting edge technologies. The leaders are genuine. Lot of young managers, but they also do their best. My manager always finds time for me, sits with me to help me with day to day challenges.

      Cons

      Less cultural activities and less work life balance.
