Pros
*Friendly environment *Time to time get together(team outing ) *Escalations are taken quite seriously
Cons
*Promotion and designation are decided by how good a bootlicker you are for your team manager and TL however people can easily see who is becoming next which is the end of the suspense. *Incentive structures are poor -Their incentive structure fluctuates every month*Most of them are managers because they have joined the company earliest. (No capability and skills) *Management doesn't know how to keep things private. *No job security, they can remove you without any explanation. *Management requests people to come and share their issues but once people do they become a target. *less female leader in the organization .*There is no proper hike for the nontech department as all the privilege goes to the tech department so does the hike. *no hybrid policy *Managers are mostly engaged in discussing executive life rather than work. It's like a daily soup serial. They go on break more than their working hours (No productivity ) - working culture is more often about backbiting and bootlicking. *They talk about clean culture but logically there is no professionalism.
