Pros

There really aren't any. Some of the clients are cool and that's about it

Cons

Led by a narcissistic controlling CEO/Founder, who leads with fear. The CEO/founder storms through the agency and often swears at people and creates a very uncomfortable environment. All the recent 5 star reviews will be people tasked to write these within the agency. Avoid working here at all costs. There are no WFH options. An awful toxic culture. Get out when you can. low salaries for juniors. No budget for anything. The office is cramped and the hours are long -you are frowned upon if you leave on time. Returning mothers are treated badly. The turnover of co-CEOs and MDs is so high as noone will put up with the treatment and being spoken to so badly by him.

Cons

Very cliquey, management can be dull and emotionless. Junior team wants to be senior so bad they can be difficult to work with
