Pros

The team is quite collaborative and helpful. As a developer, I’ve had the chance to work closely with the product and design teams, which helped me understand the full picture of what we’re building. There’s a lot of ownership and freedom—you’re not just coding what’s told, but also contributing to ideas. The projects are interesting, especially because they’re linked to real HR problems that companies face. The work culture is healthy and people are approachable, including the leadership. Flexible with timelines as long as work gets done. That really helped me maintain balance.

Cons

Being a startup, sometimes things move fast and priorities shift suddenly. There’s scope to make the development process a bit more structured, especially when scaling.

Pros

WE-Matter is more than just an HR tech company — it's a place where developers are empowered to build with purpose. I’ve worked on products that are directly shaping how organizations understand and engage with their employees. The tech stack is modern, and I’ve had opportunities to learn new tools and contribute to UX decisions. Leadership is approachable, deadlines are realistic, and peer collaboration is strong. We also get recognized for innovation and code ownership.

Cons

Some cross-functional communication gaps early on, but it’s improving with regular meetings and better documentation.
