      Pros

      A dynamic environment with lots of ownership. As an HR, I get to work closely with leadership and contribute to real strategy, not just admin tasks. Great exposure and step learning.

      Cons

      The place can be intense, especially during key projects or hiring seasons. Since the company is growing rapidly, processes are still evolving, so we need to be adaptable and proactive.

      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Founder himself is hard to work with. Doesn't understand his employee's genuine issues and problems. There's an attrition issue in the organisation mainly due the micromanaging of the founder and his outbursts.
