      Pros

      You won’t find a group of more talented, incredible, and intelligent people anywhere. WB Cheese is definitely a company that fosters innovation and flexibility. Sometimes things get a little disorganized but the team is constantly on it. Even when things aren’t running smoothly we all band together to make it work anyways.

      Cons

      If you are not willing to go the extra mile you are probably going to struggle.

      Pros

      The A/R Manager is very smart and I learned a lot from her. She was an amazing woman to work for and I've taken everything I learned from her into my current role. The owner may be a grump but he was the hardest working person there, I worked 3 years and he was always there before everyone and would stay after everyone went home.

      Cons

      The owner is not the most pleasant person to work for but he did give me a chance without having any experience so I am very grateful.
