I can honestly say i have never experienced such an incredible level of company culture until i started working at WGSN 2 years ago. I know specifically my team is so wonderful and supportive of each other. We all work extremely well as a team but also independently to achieve amazing results. The content and the amount of work that goes into generating it, researching and developing it shows both in the enthusiasm in which it is presented as well as the feedback from clients.
Cons
Because it is a global business it sometimes takes a long time for people to come back to you on various issues but thats the nature of such a big business. It also needs more focus on talent and career development, an exchange program.
