Pros

- Relatively flat and small organization so in each role, so you get experience with a breadth of tasks, projects, and roles. - Especially for early career folks, you can leverage the diversity of experience to pivot and customize your career in a variety of ways moving forward. - All education focused work, perfect for those who are passionate about higher ed, student success, and lifelong learning. - They hire great individual contributors -- many of great, fun people to work with. - Highly competitive compensation; start at 17 days PTO that increase by 2 each year; remaining benefits average for industry.

Cons

- Since going remote in March 2020 we've struggled a bit with company communications and keeping all the teams and projects updated across the various groups. Sometimes you can be working on one team or project for months and lose sight of what the rest of the company is doing. - Still a new-ish organization trying to refine core services and organization goals, so clarity is lacking which can be difficult especially for early career employees to navigate. - Currently hiring a lot, so there are many roles/teams in transition.
