- Since going remote in March 2020 we've struggled a bit with company communications and keeping all the teams and projects updated across the various groups. Sometimes you can be working on one team or project for months and lose sight of what the rest of the company is doing.
- Still a new-ish organization trying to refine core services and organization goals, so clarity is lacking which can be difficult especially for early career employees to navigate.
- Currently hiring a lot, so there are many roles/teams in transition.
