Pros

The work being done is interesting.

Cons

Although the work is interesting, there's a general lack of focus and direction, the mission and goals change depending on who is the latest big client. Leadership has poor communication skills, expectations are often not communicated, and employees are not expected to have brains, just blindly follow. It's concerning, because then you are a paper pusher instead of a contributing member of the team. Ironically, you get branded as "not a team player" if you raise an objection or behave assertively, specially if you are a woman or person of color. If you're willing to maintain the status quo and you're happy with it, you'll be fine. No need to worry about workload, most people only work on one project at a time and deadlines are very flexible.

What a mess

Pros

It's fairly laid back, since no one is really held accountable for any real goals.

Cons

I agree with the other reviews that say this is a sexist environment. In addition, it's just generally ineffective as a business, and you're surrounded by underachievers.

Pros

Good time off Centrally located Poor management expertise which forces you to learn how to do their job for them

Cons

Disrespectful and clueless management. I'm disappointed that after a mass exodus of employees (>50% turnover of the team within a year) the approach has not been to recognize the internal issues that led to that but rather to leave the same management in place and try to cleanse the glassdoor reviews. I agree with the reviews mentioning favoritism. My role was crucial to the team but I was treated as if I should just be grateful for a job and was not given any opportunities for advancement or compensation increases.
