Pros
The work being done is interesting.
Cons
Although the work is interesting, there's a general lack of focus and direction, the mission and goals change depending on who is the latest big client. Leadership has poor communication skills, expectations are often not communicated, and employees are not expected to have brains, just blindly follow. It's concerning, because then you are a paper pusher instead of a contributing member of the team. Ironically, you get branded as "not a team player" if you raise an objection or behave assertively, specially if you are a woman or person of color. If you're willing to maintain the status quo and you're happy with it, you'll be fine. No need to worry about workload, most people only work on one project at a time and deadlines are very flexible.
