Pros

As the organization is refining its mission and problem statement, it is more and more taking on clients and partnerships that tackle more complex, institutional challenges happening in education. Projects encompass a variety of interesting questions and problems and usually involve some degree of cross-team collaboration. Working with talented, smart individuals with a diversity in research and skill expertise keeps things exciting.

Cons

Labs is still a relatively small and young organization. As other reviews have said, there have been moments of turn-over that, at times, significantly impacted team composition. Because of this, there is still progress that can be made in terms of refining internal organization (e.g., project processes). Employees can provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, but management needs to be willing to act and collaborate with their teams. While some in management are receptive, it is not the case organization-wide.

Pros

Good work life balance, good compensation

Cons

Organizational priorities are constantly shifting, making it difficult to set and achieve professional growth goals that result in promotions. Return to office issued for remote employees.
