Unfriendly male partner yells at subordinates when they made mistakes, even minor mistakes. I once saw he made a subordinate cry.
While emphasising on making things perfect, he himself constantly makes mistakes, forgets things, and gets distracted from current tasks.
He sometimes asks subordinates to start with small and simple tasks before working on a more difficult tasks, and sometimes teaches them. However, lack of clear instructions and descriptions of his expectation confuse subordiantes very often.
