Unfriendly male partner yells at subordinates when they made mistakes, even minor mistakes. I once saw he made a subordinate cry. While emphasising on making things perfect, he himself constantly makes mistakes, forgets things, and gets distracted from current tasks. He sometimes asks subordinates to start with small and simple tasks before working on a more difficult tasks, and sometimes teaches them. However, lack of clear instructions and descriptions of his expectation confuse subordiantes very often.

Working at this law firm has been a terrible experience. The firm operates poorly and treats clients terribly, often prioritizing profit over genuine care and service. The boss shows no empathy towards employees and seems to take pleasure in retaliating against staff members who decide to leave. The pay is very low considering the amount of work expected, and there's a distinct lack of team support. Overall, the focus is solely on making money, with little regard for the well-being of both clients and employees.
