      FLEXIBLE, OPEN, OVERALL NICE ENVIRONMENT. Field employees are well thought of, systems are basic and easy to learn

      Corporate has no idea what they are in store for when merger is complete with WPG properties currently managed by Simon Property. NO opportunity for growth.
