Pros

Good insurance plan free back packs there there's not much more to say that's positive about this company

Cons

Micromanagement lying bullying fear of punishment reprisal HR work solely for the company not for the employees they stand behind every lie told there's only two sides to the story when They want to hear it everything is a shade of gray so they can manipulate facts and figures I regret getting a job every day with a company that supposedly is in the top 10 employers in Maryland which by the way The survey packs go straight to our corporate office. Expect you to be available 24 hours a day seven days a week and pay you slightly better than a fry cook

Pros

Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

Cons

management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
