Pros

The onsite staff is some of the best people I have worked with.

Cons

Regionals and Directors are scummy. They will point blank lie to you to get you to do what they want. If you push back due to not feeling comfortable or knowing a better way to resolve an issue, you will be looked at as a nuisance. I have had multiple of my ideas used by an RPM and this person took the credit! They under pay their female office staff compared to male staff. Other respectable companies out there pay leasing agents between $16 - $18 an hour plus commission and renewal commission. No bonuses to maint staff where others offer a monthly renewal bonus. APM and PMs are underpaid and not eligible for commissions.

Pros

WPM does promote from within the company. Great programs for those new to the industry

Cons

Plenty of favoritism If you question an upper they will retaliate(personal experience) Upper management does not protect those who do not have “Manager” in their job title. I have had to have my technicians backs on multiple occasion putting my own career on the line. Regional Management does not blink an eye until there is a problem that affects them/their job solely. Employees are overworked and underpaid(very talked about at all company gatherings/meetings to the point where there was almost a strike by Service Managers). If you work on the leasing side you can do no wrong but the maintenance side does get the fault for a majority(in a meeting the staff was told maintenance was responsible for office scores. No team work).

Pros

Flexible Schedule/Hours (7 day work week). Every day is something different. Team environment. Leasing Bonuses are way above industry standards. Small company where you can really make an impact. You will really feel like you are part of a family. One of the best companies I have ever worked for. The only reason I left was because I didn't see room for growth in the direction I wanted to go and I needed more money.

Cons

The company is small so growth potential (outside of the normal property management track) is pretty limited. Commission is good but the actual hourly pay is low. Working on the weekends can be tough.
