management was slow to respond at times

Exciting, high profile projects. Valuable project experience. Decent autonomy. A lot of talent to be sure, but only a few were *decent* people. Advancement opportunities are good. Environmentally conscious design is built-in. Every-other Friday off.

Office environment was almost hostile, going all the way up to the Partners. Majority of the people were very arrogant and only looking out for themselves. Extremely heavy workloads, no work-life balance, zero flexibility on hybrid work accommodations.
