No reward system for hard-working employees. Same outcome for people who do bare minimum and people who own what they do

On rare occasions, they win work. In between, they hire and fire.

Cons

This is one of the most dysfunctional architectural firms imaginable. Leadership shirks from defining any vision, as they all want to sit in their office and sketch. Staff stroll in at 10, take leisurely lunches, and depart at 4 pm.

Pros

Exciting, high profile projects. Valuable project experience. Decent autonomy. A lot of talent to be sure, but only a few were *decent* people. Advancement opportunities are good. Environmentally conscious design is built-in. Every-other Friday off.

Cons

Office environment was almost hostile, going all the way up to the Partners. Majority of the people were very arrogant and only looking out for themselves. Extremely heavy workloads, no work-life balance, zero flexibility on hybrid work accommodations.
